Je ne mets que très rarement 1 mais là, le déroulé des événements me pousse à donner un avis négatif!Le 5 Décembre à 18h45 nous nous rendons dans ce bar de l'hôtel Novotel à Lille.Lorsque nous arrivons nous sommes seuls. La barmaid nous demande de prendre la commande au bar, ce que nous faisons. 1er fait étrange je prends une carte, la regarde pendant 5 min, elle ne me dit rien et au bout de 5 min je lui dis "c'est la carte des boisons" elle me répond "non la carte des boissons est derrière sur les tables" ok merci de me le dire... bref on commande nos boissons et je demande s'il est possible de prendre un plat de petite restauration (en l'occurrence une pizza pour 2) elle me répond que oui mais qu'un grand groupe va arriver, qu'elle ne peut pas me garantir que ce sera servi rapidement, je lui dis que nous devons être repartis pour 19h20 (soit 35 min plus tard) elle me dit qu'elle ne peut pas m'assurer que ce sera servi. On décide quand même d'en prendre une étant donné que nous étions les seuls clients et qu'une pizza ça ne met pas 35 min à délivrer même si on fait tout soi même (ce qui n'est pas le cas ici vous le comprendrez ensuite).On s'installe. La barmaid demande au cuisinier qui répond qu'il n'a pas connaissance d'une pizza à cuire... je leur demande donc d'annuler ma commande car nous devons partir. Et là clou du spectacle... la barmaid me dit "non c'est bon ça va prendre 3 min de cuisson" DONC je suis là depuis 40 min, j'ai commandé une pizza, étant la seule de la salle pendant 15 min, je n'ai jamais été servie, le couple arrivé 15 min après a été servi des plats plus élaborés et quand je demande d'annuler la commande on me répond "non mais ça va aller ça prend 3 min" alors qu'à la commande j'avais eu droit au laïus du groupe (que je n'ai jamais vu arriver), du temps d'attente... mais bon elle a été rassurante "on peut vous la mettre à emporter" NAN MAIS SUPER CE N'ETAIT PAS CE QUE JE VOULAIS DE PRENDRE UNE PIZZA A EMPORTER!!!
