The award comes on the heels of a complete refurbishment of JAAN, which was unveiled in December 2022. Inspired by the breathtaking natural landscapes of Devon, Chef Kirk personally redesigned the restaurant space, creating a captivating multi-sensory journey that takes guests through the diverse terroir of his home region.
