Sofitel Singapore City Centre x Vogue Singapore presents Les Jardins du Sofitel

Sofitel Singapore City Centre and Vogue Singapore jointly present Les Jardin du Sofitel, in celebration of the global Vogue X Sofitel collaboration. Inspired by haute couture and spring fashion trends, 1864 will be transformed into a botanical wonderland from 13 February to 9 April 2023, with a specially curated all-day dining menu featuring edible flowers and fashion elements that are almost too pretty to eat. Paying tribute to spring fashion shows, the botanical afternoon tea set takes guests on a sensorial journey.

Launching just in time for Valentine’s Day and International Women’s Day, a gastronomic affair at 1864 is the perfect way to show love and appreciation to yourself, a romantic partner, friend, or co-worker.

Botanical Afternoon Tea (13 February until 9 April 2023)

Paying tribute to spring fashion shows, the botanical afternoon tea set takes you on a sensorial experience, mirroring the journey of someone dressing up for the occasion, from picking the right dress and shoes, to wearing the appropriate make-up.

Savoury creations in the line-up include Light Truffle Duck Rillettes Croquette with Apple Lavender, Cod Fish Brandade in Sakura Shell and Ikura, and Creamy Crab Meat with Lemon Chamomile. For sweets, indulge in the decadent Saint Honoré Praline, 64% Chocolate Manjari Mousse, or the Blossom White Chocolate Bar. Complete the teatime tradition with barista-style coffee prepared to your preference, or choose from 18 premium blends of TWG tea.

Spring Blooms – floral à la carte specialties at 1864

Drawing inspiration from spring’s beautiful blooms, the medley of à la carte specialties on this limited-time menu feature savoury masterpieces such as Fish Brandade with Light Citrus Gel and Olive Dust, a perfect combination of creamy fish with a refreshing gel, and Pickled Tomato with Egglant Caviar and Pesto Cream, a delicious appetiser presented in a whole tomato.

Other show-stopping highlights include the elegant Pavlova with Citrus Coulis and Exotic Fruits, which comes with a crisp and rich exterior paired with soft marshmallow interior, and Lemon Tart with Berries and Lemon Balm, a harmonious blend of sweet, buttery crust with zingy lemon curd.

Floral cocktails and mocktails at 1864

While flowers may be the go-to gift for Valentine’s Day and International Women’s Day, floral libations are a much better alternative that can help craft unique, memorable moments. Look forward to Spring Symphony, a thoughtfully curated tipple made with Four Pillars yuzu gin, Luxardo Maraschino, and cranberry juice, perfumed with cherry blossom, and Chrysanthemum Sips, offering notes of chrysanthemum vodka, apple juice, lychee juice and lemon juice, in a teapot. For teetotalers, opt for Moon Sparkle, a lavender hue mocktail infused with cherry blossom, homemade butterfly pea juice, and elderflower tonic, presented in a canary glass, or Bella Rosa, a gorgeous red drink combining Seedlip Spice, elderflower syrup, and cranberry juice, poured over floral ice cubes.
