Mercure restaurants are showcasing rebellious recipes—dishes crafted from seasonal vegetables, fully utilized and enhanced by the Chef’s inspiration to offer you a unique, committed, and creative menu.

On the menu: local and plant-based cuisine that honors ingredients with boldness and passion. Enjoy an exclusive and innovative plant-based dinner, crafted by four hands in a one-of-a-kind service starting at 7:30 PM. A perfect Food & Wine pairing will be available for those interested, presented by Fabrice Sommier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in sommellerie (2007), while the Chefs will engage with guests throughout the evening.
