Mercure's Rebellious Dinners: A Committed Culinary Experience

Mercure's restaurants are highlighting "rebellious recipes," dishes crafted from seasonal vegetables, fully utilized and prepared creatively by the Chef to offer you an original, committed, and inventive menu.

The focus is on local and plant-based ingredients, delivering an authentic cuisine that boldly and passionately elevates the products.

Enjoy an exclusive and creative dinner (starter-main course-dessert) centered around plant-based dishes, crafted collaboratively.

A unique service starts at 7:30 PM.

A food and wine pairing will be available for those interested, presented by Fabrice Sommier, awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France in sommellerie in 2007.

The Chefs will engage with guests throughout the evening.

Tables will be shared in a communal dining style for a more convivial and warm experience. A four-hands dinner not to be missed!
