This wine bar's name, MilléZim, recalls the French word for a vintage, and it more than lives up to its title! Relax on a comfortable bench seat inside or on the terrace by the pool to sample traditional dishes revisited by the chef, accompanied by a drop from the slopes around Chalon-sur-Saône. 

At MilléZim, the tone is set the moment you walk through the door and find yourself in a space with walls lined by bottles. After all, the setting is Burgundy, a region renowned for its wine. But it's famed for fine food too, as the chef confirms in his creations. His tasty dishes made using fresh market produce give a leading role to regional meats. For a working lunch, family outing or gourmet break with friends, be tempted by a Montbéliard sirloin or a flank steak with a vegetable byaldi, naturally accompanied by a glass of fine wine from Burgundy or elsewhere.
