In an atmosphere combining memorabilia from yesteryear with a contemporary spirit, enjoy dishes prepared using the kitchen equipment that gave birth to the Moulinex brand. 

When you step through the door of our restaurant, you discover the story of Jean Mantelet, his metal-stamping factory (Manufacture d'Emboutissage de Bagnolet) that gave rise to our name, and his flagship invention: the food mill. Have a seat in our bright and lively dining room, decorated with vintage advertising posters and exuding an industrial vibe. On the menu are an array of appetising dishes. Enjoy them on the run, or take your time and savour them. Several of our signature dishes come with a creamy accompaniment, guaranteed to be lump-free! Be sure to try the John Dory filet with white miso parsnip purée, or the prime cut of veal with chimichurri sauce and its squash mousseline, prepared with the Moulinex founder's famous moulin-légumes.
