The bucolic tranquillity of the Gourmetbar offers a welcome contrast to the buzz of Paris and the fast-paced world of Saclay science park. Set on a former farm at the gateway to the French capital, our restaurant offers a breath of fresh air with views of the kitchen garden, swimming pool, pétanque court and ping-pong table.. We invite you to relax, enjoy yourself and discover the genius of our chef, whose menus will delight you with a variety of barbecue and plancha dishes.
Living up to its name, the Gourmetbar combines good times with good food. Our menu is a happy marriage of international flavours and seasonal produce, including vegetables grown in our own gardens. Feast on chicken ramen, salmon poke bowls or butternut velouté topped with roasted hazelnuts...Herbs from our kitchen garden even find their way onto the cocktail menu we use fresh mint to flavour our mojitos. If you'd like to sample a local beer, try one from the Brasserie du Roi brewery in nearby Versailles.
