Mathuzar takes the art of eating well and combines it with the art of entertainment. In our Valence restaurant, you can enjoy produce from local suppliers, accompanied by live music or the sound of the river flowing below our terraces. Enjoy happy times with loved ones under the glass roof of our dining room or by the weeping willow in the park.
Our menu showcases the produce of the Drôme region, which flavours both traditional specialities, like the Royans ravioli gratin sharing plate, and modern dishes such as poke bowls. For an aperitif or a quick bite at the bar, you can always count on our selection of tapas or the generous platters of tasty mature cheeses and the pick of charcuterie from France and Spain, and it's all accompanied by a range of organic wines and local beers.
Mathuzar hosts all sorts of events in its leafy setting. With the all-you-can-eat buffet, an open kitchen and entertainment for the kids, Sunday brunch is a huge hit with all the family, as well as couples and groups of friends. You can also meet up in our restaurant every Friday for an acoustic concert, and there are party evenings throughout the year, giving you the chance to sample our signature cocktails.

La cuisine est top, très bon repas et le service est de qualité et très pro....
Le cadre et la déco est soigné....
Je recommande même si il est vrai que les prix sont pas forcément à portée de toutes les bourses mais ça reste un endroit avec un très bon rapport qualité prix avec en prime un cadre et une déco classe et sympa....
