Mathuzar takes the art of eating well and combines it with the art of entertainment. In our Valence restaurant, you can enjoy produce from local suppliers, accompanied by live music or the sound of the river flowing below our terraces. Our menu showcases the produce of the Drôme region, which flavours both traditional specialities, like the Royans ravioli gratin sharing plate, and modern dishes such as poke bowls.
