1 month ago(Translated by Google) I was initially disappointed because the lemongrass infusion on the menu is no longer available.
I had a buffet at the restaurant and I admit the cuisine is not worthy of a Novotel. First there is very little choice and secondly it is not good apart from the tuna quiche which is not bad.
The carrots are not well cooked, the so-called braised chicken is a common dry roast chicken, the oxtail is served with a drinkable grainy sauce but it is clear that the meat is not of the highest quality. The tagliatlles are bland and way overcooked.
Mexican pizza doesn't look like anything so I ultimately didn't try it out of fear, I admit.
The barracuda fillet was also relatively mediocre, no sauce, overcooked and especially not presented as a fillet.
As for desserts, only the crème caramel and the tartlets were appetizing even if there was nothing extraordinary.
The prize goes to the chocolate cake which was in fact a sort of chocolate mousse placed on a tart.
In conclusion, the Novotel buffet is banal and mediocre cuisine, poorly executed, probably with rather poor quality products.
In short, the perfect recipe for maximizing profits by taking customers for fools.

J'ai commencé par être déçu car l'infusion de citronnelle de la carte n'est dorénavant plus disponible.
J'ai pris un buffet au restaurant et la j'avoue la cuisine n'est pas digne d'un Novotel. D'abord il y a très peu de choix et ensuite ce n'est pas bon mis à part la quiche au thon qui n'est pas mal.
Les carottes ne sont pas bien cuites, le poulet soi-disant braisé est un vulgaire poulet rôti sec en plus, la queue de bœuf est servi avec une sauce grainé potable mais on voit bien que la viande n'est pas de premier choix. Les tagliatrlles sont fades et beaucoup trop cuites.
La pizza mexicaine ne ressemble à rien donc je ne l'ai finalement pas goûtée par peur je l'avoue.
Le filet de barracuda était lui aussi relativement médiocre, pas de sauce, trop cuit et surtout pas présenté en filet.
Côté desserts seule la crème caramel et les tartelettes étaient appétissantes même s'il n'y avait rien d'extraordinaire.
Le pompon revient au moelleux au chocolat qui était en fait une sorte de mousse au chocolat posé sur une tarte.
En conclusion, le buffet du Novotel c'est une cuisine banale et médiocre mal exécutée vraisemblablement avec des produits plutôt de mauvaise qualité.
Bref, la recette parfaite pour maximiser les bénéfices en prenant les clientes et les clients pour des gogos.
