A chef renowned in France and beyond
Relish gastronomic cuisine inspired by Provençal and Mediterranean flavours as you admire views of the Vieux-Port from our rooftop terrace. Enjoy sun-kissed vegetables and freshly caught seafood against a backdrop of Marseille's blue skies.
Experience the sweetness of southern life in our restaurant, whether in summer or winter, on the terrace or behind floor-to-ceiling windows. The simple, elegant décor lets the views take centre stage, opening up onto the Vieux-Port, the three forts and other iconic Marseille monuments.
Without taking your eyes off this spectacle, savour Italian-Mediterranean cuisine blending the best of the land and sea. With a deep love for Provence, our chef Alexandre Auger takes his influence from the region, favouring seasonal, local produce and reinventing traditional recipes with unique twists of his own.
Organic vegetables, aromatic herbs and fragrant olive oils enhance the gourmet dishes on our menu, from blue lobster to sautéed veal chops and delicious vegetarian risotto.
Be tempted by a signature gourmet dessert served with fruit, or a platter of carefully chosen regional cheeses accompanied by fresh, traditionally made bread. Last but not least, enjoy the welcoming and sun-touched ambience of Les Trois Forts, which has one of the most beautiful views in the city.
Current offers
Without giving away too many of his secrets, our chef designed the menu at Les Trois Forts like a recipe book. A handwritten list of ingredients, stories about our produce, little tricks all of his own... you can learn more about the dishes, and by reading the menu carefully, make the right choice for you.

1 week ago(Translated by Google) Strawberries at the end of September? Overcooked pasta and potatoes in a menu for €99! Table reserved for 3 weeks, we find ourselves in front of a pillar... And the icing on the cake despite two requests for the celebration of a birthday taken into account by such, nothing was done!!
Fraises fin septembre ? Pâtes trop cuites et pomme de terre dans un menu à 99 € ! Table réservée depuis 3 semaines, on se retrouve devant un pilier... Et cerise sur le gâteau malgré deux demandes de la célébration d'un anniversaire prises en compte par tel, rien n'a été fait !!

2 weeks ago(Translated by Google) I am very disappointed because, for a gourmet restaurant to be kicked out, on a Saturday evening, by the staff who, at 11 p.m. (while our reservation was at 9 p.m.) turned off the lights of the tables next door, removed the tablecloths, left the dirty plates near the reception counter where we paid etccc. I find it limiting given the price paid.

3 weeks ago(Translated by Google) The service was perfect and the team was very attentive to customers, which was very appreciated. The dishes were good and creative: I loved the “Mediterranean fish tartare” starter; it was fresh with a nice portion of vegetables and a lemon pepper sauce, delicious. Regarding the dish: very good with small pasta, the delicate mixture of lemon sauce, fish and clams. On the other hand, the pasta was overcooked and the fish a little too dry. A little expensive if we base ourselves on the quality of the products chosen and the dishes (excluding service).
