Experience the sweetness of southern life in our restaurant, whether in summer or winter, on the terrace or behind floor-to-ceiling windows. The simple, elegant décor lets the views take centre stage, opening up onto the Vieux-Port, the three forts and other iconic Marseille monuments.

Without taking your eyes off this spectacle, savour Italian-Mediterranean cuisine blending the best of the land and sea. With a deep love for Provence, our chef Alexandre Auger takes his influence from the region, favouring seasonal, local produce and reinventing traditional recipes with unique twists of his own.

Organic vegetables, aromatic herbs and fragrant olive oils enhance the gourmet dishes on our menu, from blue lobster to sautéed veal chops and delicious vegetarian risotto.

Be tempted by a signature gourmet dessert served with fruit, or a platter of carefully chosen regional cheeses accompanied by fresh, traditionally made bread. Last but not least, enjoy the welcoming and sun-touched ambience of Les Trois Forts, which has one of the most beautiful views in the city.

Complete with a handwritten list of ingredients, stories about the products and his personal tips, diners can learn more about the dishes so they can make the right choice, or simply pass the time.
