Current offers
A local native, Executive Chef Mathieu Klein graduated from Alexandre Dumas Hotel School in Illkirch. He owes his taste for cooking to his older brother. In 2004, he began his career as a chef at La Maison des Têtes**** in Colmar and developed his technical skills. He then completed "The Basics of Cooking" training at the Alain Ducasse school in Paris. Season after season in beautiful restaurants, in 2009 he landed his first role as head chef at Clos des Délices in Ottrott. Purist and demanding, he is attracted to precision on the plate and a mono-product approach. His cuisine is "simple, but not simplistic".

2 months ago(Translated by Google) We have not visited this establishment and therefore have nothing to say about it, but the Accor group has incorrectly redirected the review below which was intended for the Sofitel de Porticcio:
“My worst dining experience in the last 20 years!
There were 5 of us and we reserved the afternoon for the evening. How lucky we would have been if this service had been announced to us as full!
Unfortunately the reservation was taken.
It all started with a bottle of Champagne as an aperitif for which the waitress declared that she would serve us 5 glasses to the brim so as not to have to refresh what was left of the bottle... A few seeds as an accompaniment, three olives and three spades as a side dish. appetizer.
Subsequently, white wine was also served and then left on the table without being chilled.
In terms of starters, ravioli that looked like anything but ravioli. A hungry salmon tartare but which probably caused food indigestion during the night to the guest who had chosen it.
The cutlery for the dish was quickly set up but we had to wait 3/4 hours and 2 complaints for the dishes to follow. The lobster was delicious but the finger rinses were useless because they were worn without hot water and the accompaniment arrived after the battle.
The monkfish had the flavor of papier-mâché. When you don't monitor anything, cooking time is a detail.
So, we obviously gave up on ordering dessert or coffee.
We also immediately reported these various comments to which we were told that, certainly, there was a slight unusual slowdown in the kitchen but that we were alone in complaining, even though a table of 4 beside us had already brought in an executive assistant probably for similar reasons.
Of course, if such a mishap happens to you, do not expect any commercial gesture because the establishment's policy must be very strict in this regard.
I don't think I have ever delivered such a bad review but I will read with curiosity the future reviews on this restaurant because we would like to return to Porticcio next year and hope that an establishment as remarkable as this one for its location will also be once again noted for the excellence of its performances"
