Under the direction of our gifted head chef Olivier Pariaud and in collaboration with chef Pierre Chomet, Gaée offers a gastronomic symphony that embodies the essence of modern cuisine. This passionate duo has composed an innovative menu that highlights the treasures of our maritime region, transforming fresh local products into masterpieces.

At centre stage of his creations are fresh, in-season products, almost all of which are sourced regionally. The menu brims with maritime influences as well as ingredients from the terroir of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
