Fancy a gourmet treat? Try our ravioli Provençal-style or with cream, both vegetarian dishes. Our signature sauce, sweet garlic cream with summer truffles, takes you on a journey around the charming region of Drôme Provençale. For dessert, treat yourself to olive oil biscuits with a creamy basil-and-lemon centre.
If it's not the right time of day to try one of our exotic cocktails, opt for a refreshing mocktail or a hot drink with Mediterranean flair. It all began in 2010 with a grocery shop tucked away in the labyrinthine streets of beautiful Aix-en-Provence. Since then, Aix & Terra has expanded! The company makes its delectable products at Le Manufacture restaurant in Saulce-sur-Rhône and now sells in many stores, including this delicatessen in Valence.
Michelin-starred chef Julien Allano has developed several of the recipes showcased at Table-Épicerie Aix & Terra. This passionate cook and avid fan of sustainable gastronomy notably created our guinea fowl leg served with organic mustard and summer truffles.
