In our spacious, light-flooded dining room, tables sit side by side with shelves well-stocked with fragrant olive oils, fruit vinegars and sweet liqueurs. In this welcoming setting, or around the pool, we serve open sandwiches filled with tasty vegetables grown under the Provençal sun.
Fancy a gourmet treat? Try our ravioli Provençal-style or with cream, both vegetarian dishes. Our signature sauce, sweet garlic cream with summer truffles, takes you on a journey around the charming region of Drôme Provençale. For dessert, treat yourself to olive oil biscuits with a creamy basil-and-lemon centre.
If it's not the right time of day to try one of our exotic cocktails, opt for a refreshing mocktail or a hot drink with Mediterranean flair. Tea from Marseille, with notes of aniseed and liquorice, or Chant des Cigales herbal tisane with a blend of verbena and orange blossom, also showcase the flavours of Provence.

It all began in 2010 with a grocery shop tucked away in the labyrinthine streets of beautiful Aix-en-Provence. Since then, Aix & Terra has expanded! The company makes its delectable products at Le Manufacture restaurant in Saulce-sur-Rhône and now sells in many stores, including this delicatessen in Valence.
A love of local produce
Michelin-starred chef Julien Allano has developed several of the recipes showcased at Table-Épicerie Aix & Terra. This passionate cook and avid fan of sustainable gastronomy notably created our guinea fowl leg served with organic mustard and summer truffles.
