Chef Martin Simolka
A lifelong enthusiast, Martin developed a taste for cooking as a child. It was in his native Germany that it all began. Working alongside Chef Thomas Neeser at Berlin's legendary Adlon Kempinski Hotel, his passion for the 11th art took root. In 2008, he moved to Paris, and it was at the heart of the most prestigious Parisian establishments and with the greatest that Martin learned, discovered and perfected his style. Today, as Chef of the Hôtel Scribe, Martin is taking on a new challenge.
