With this mélange of inspirations, our bistro cuisine reinvents gourmet health food, tasty vegetarian dishes and indulgent, guilty pleasures... Try one of our signature dishes produced in house favourites include the Croque Blooma made with Japanese milk bread and enriched by a béchamel sauce infused by white truffle. Our crab rolls also get an Asian makeover, and the burgers are flavoured with Provolone tartare as daring as they are delicious.
