Named after Queen Victoria, who regularly visited the area, and reflecting the modernist design of the Villa Noailles, our restaurant celebrates the history of Hyères. It's a modern, stylish and intimate spot where you can enjoy Mediterranean cooking created by our chef using local flavours. Our signature dish celebrates a famous Var-region ingredient, which is also found on the bar counter  on a fruit tree! Chicken served Victor-style is flavoured with olives and above all by delicious candied lemons, and accompanied by house-style fries and roasted vegetables, according to what's available on the day. For a sweet treat, try the freshness of panna cotta with soya milk, currants and apricot coulis flavoured with rosemary.
