Brasserie L'Autographe

Whether as trompe-l'oeil murals or neatly lining shelves, books feature prominently in L'Autograph's unusual design. They all tell the same story: of a love for good things. Between its orchards, kitchen gardens, hills and vineyards, the beautiful south-west region abounds with wonderful produce, which our chef celebrates in his gourmet creations. 

Although the design of our La Roche-sur-Yon restaurant is inspired by the literary world, it's our culinary creations, and not the books, that are savoured on yellow banquettes in our airy, glass dining room. At L'Autographe, the meat is French-reared, we cook with seasonal vegetables, honey is produced in our beehives and our fish comes straight from the harbour-side market in Les Sables-d'Olonne, just 25 km away. This superb local produce provides the backbone of a carefully thought-out menu with French specialities as the leading characters and plenty of unexpected twists. Our heroine? A signature Autograph salad of marinated and grilled chicken with lots of gourmet flavour. From pollack fillet cooked in single cream to a tartiflette burger and new potatoes, all our dishes pair well with a decent glass of wine. As well as Bordeaux, Burgundy and Pays de la Loire vintages, you can try wines from the Baulieu vineyard, an AOC Côteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence. We have a menu of classic and bespoke cocktails as well, so in short, L'Autograph is somewhere you come to spoil yourselves and where you'll never go hungry.
