Un service déplorable du début à la fin ! Mauvaise gestion des arrivées des clients, arrivé en premier et prise de commande en dernier. Mais le meilleur c est l attente du dessert plus de 20 mn la salle se vide je vais voir quelqu un et on nous dit qu il y a eu un bug en cuisine .,, a ma remarque que l on peut sécher sur place et personne ne vient nous voir et bien on nous renvoi à ce fameux bug , j en ris encore ah ah ah ! Geste commercial le thé a 3 euros , un grand merci 🙏

Previously I would like to say that the flavors were excellent, the taste of the sauces and dishes was always there. Thanks for that.
1. The main course and especially starter portions are too small: that of the creamy spinach was so small that I first thought that there was only the side dish on the plate, that the rest had been forget. And 2.5 tablespoons of minestrone is not enough.
2. The pork in the caramel sauce was not defatted, I thought I ate more fat than meat. Leave a little for taste yes, but not too much.
3. Black rice is supposed to have a certain texture, firmness. Here it was overcooked, mushy.
4. The dessert portions were very decent but... the blueberries were dry, as they were crumpled, had no juice. Maybe too old? Or poorly preserved?
5. Finally, the coconut financier was good but drowning an exotic dessert in salted butter caramel (industrial?) is really damaging to the cohesion of the dish.
That's it for the comments. I still note a very pleasant service, a comfortable setting and I reiterate the fact that the taste of the dishes was there.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des notes si basses. Nous avons pris 2 menus suggestion à 30€, j'ai plusieurs remarques à faire dessus vu le prix, a prendre comme des conseils venant d'une consœur cuisinière en restauration.
Auparavant je tiens a dire que les saveurs étaient excellentes, le goût des sauces et des plats était toujours au rendez vous. Merci pour cela.
1. Les portions plat et surtout entrée sont trop petites : celle du crémeux d'épinard était tellement moindre que j'ai d'abord pensé qu'il n'y avait que l'accompagnement dans l'assiette, que le reste avait été oublié. Et 2,5 cuillères à soupe de minestrone n'est pas suffisant.
2. Le porc dans la sauce caramel n'était pas dégraissé, j'ai cru manger plus de gras que de viande. En laisser un peu pour le goût oui, mais pas trop.
3. Le riz noir est sensé avoir une certaine texture, une fermeté. Il était ici trop cuit, spongieux.
4. Les portions dessert étaient très correcte mais ... les myrtilles étaient sèches, tant qu'elles étaient fripées, n'avaient aucun jus. Peut-être trop vieilles? Ou mal conservées ?
5. Enfin, le financier-coco était bon mais noyer un dessert exotique dans du caramel beurre salé (industriel?) est vraiment dommageable niveau de la cohésion du plat.
Voilà pour les remarques. Je note quand même un service très agréable, un cadre confortable et je réitère le fait que le goût des plats était au rendez-vous.
