From the comfort of soft velvet banquettes or on the terrace by the pool, you can taste gourmet dishes seasoned with Provençal herbs and Oriental spices in a creative fusion of flavours.
The Côte d'Azur is legendary for its charm and hospitality, and Le Blue Lemon more than lives up to this reputation. With a backdrop of the sea, palm trees, the Lérins Islands and the Bay of Cannes, the restaurant is in a picture-perfect Mediterranean setting in gorgeous Mandelieu.
The chef, born and bred in the region, uses local ingredients, preferably organic, like no other, fusing them with flavours that take taste buds on an exotic culinary journey. Discerning gourmets will love tuna tartare combined with chop suey vegetables, scallops cooked in mango juice or prawns poached in their shell and Pastis, served with basmati rice.
For the full French Riviera experience, Le Blue Lemon is also a bar-lounge with a private beach: visit to sample cocktails or a gourmet platter in between refreshing dips or at happy hour. It's a whole different world!
