On sunny days, this open space is the perfect locale for discovering the terroir of central France. For your apéritif, choose a mojito starring verbena picked from our own herb garden, or a glass of freshly blended fruit juice. Then there are the main courses, each one testifying to the region's richness. Try our summertime signature dish that pays homage to our chef's Niçoise roots: sea bass morsels in courgette flowers grown in our garden. Another tempting option is the French beef filet accompanied by truffled potato mousseline and jus volcanique a nod to the nearby Chaîne des Puys volcanoes.
