Near the train station and the lively city centre, Boizé delights with its calm and inviting ambiance. Thatched lampshades, wicker chairs, wood accents, greenery everywhere: the dining room's natural décor calls to mind the Marais Poitevin, the second-largest wetlands in France. The charming veranda opens onto the garden terrace, the ideal spot for lingering over a meal come spring. The menu similarly reflects nature and the Poitou region. We value a short supply chain, which is why our cheeses come from Les Fromages de Sylvie in Coulonges-sur-l'Autize, and the meats, breads and pastas from local artisans. We then transform them into dishes with a regional and international twist. Tataki with beef from the butcher Drapeau de Niort. Prawns from the Sèvres river, roasted and served with quinoa.
