In a former private mansion in the heart of the bustling Concorde district and Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Blossom offers an elegant, modern and unique setting. The room, decorated by Didier Gomez, is reminiscent of a winter garden that opens onto a delightful courtyard. Chef Anaïs Foray's garden spirit inspires refined cuisine that celebrates the richness of nature.

Blossom is an elegant and resolutely contemporary restaurant in Paris, where nature lovers can embrace a new way of life, just off the buzzing Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The healthy and delicious food showcases local, organic and seasonal ingredients that are tasty, good for you and as natural as possible.

Blossom manages to be both stylish and natural. This is reflected in the cuisine of our chef Anaïs Foray, who is constantly innovating with the changing seasons. Her fresh asparagus and sorrel, creamy pearl barley risotto, raw asparagus shavings with sorrel and spring herb coulis is a delight of freshness and flavor, as is her roasted farm guinea fowl fillet with thyme, fricassee of snow peas and crunchy beets, yellow mustard seed jus. Each season brings its note of originality to Saint-Honoré, the signature dessert of Pastry Chef Shereen Khelif.
On sunny days, nature also inspires a variety of Spritz and floral-flavored ice creams to be enjoyed on the patio. A pure delight.

    Nous avons fêté le mariage de ma sœur le 23 Août 2024 au blossom . ( 46 Personnes) dîner et vin d'honneur. Au delà du cadre qui est incontestablement exceptionnel, je tiens à préciser que la cuisine est très bonne et le vin d'honneur est très varié.
    Je souhaite également remercier toute l'équipe qui a rendu cet événement chic élégant avec un service irréprochable ( sourire , propreté, discrétion et anticipation).
    Isabelle la responsable et son équipe ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes . Elle faisait attention à tous les détails et sa douceur dans la communication rendait les échanges très fluides.

    Bref un gros 5/5 sur tous les items, allez y les yeux fermés.
    Si vous voulez un sans faute c'est au Bloosom qu'il faut aller .
    Encore merci de la part de toute notre famille à toute l'équipe des serveurs trop sympas et très pro.
