The service that evening was catastrophic... an excessive wait (for a service at 9pm) to receive our dishes with clearly frozen and cold fries, "matured" meat in ridiculous portions that were overcooked, cold and dry as if it had waited too long on the counter.
We sent our dishes back but the second time was no better as you can see in the photo.
Around us, the other tables had similar problems and were also complaining (dishes that did not arrive, asking for bread 4 times, etc.). The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized as if it was the first service of their life.
In the end, we spent 2 hours at the table mainly waiting to not even finish our plates and especially to eat bread.
The only positive point is that our server was understanding and compassionate, he seemed as embarrassed as we were by the quality of this service. We were offered cocktails and our drinks but it was the bare minimum given the amount of the bill which remained too high given the quality of this service.

Le service ce soir la a été catastrophique… une attente démesurée (pour un service à 21h pourtant) pour recevoir nos plats avec des frites clairement surgelées et froides, une viande « maturée » en portion ridicule trop cuite, froide et sèche comme si elle avait attendue trop longtemps sur le comptoir.
Nous avons renvoyé nos plats mais la deuxième fois n’était pas mieux comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo.
Autour de nous, les autres tables avaient des soucis similaires et se plaignaient aussi (des plats qui n’arrivent pas, demander du pain 4 fois,etc). Le staff avait l’air débordé et mal organisé comme si c’était le premier service de leur vie.
Au final on aura passé 2h à table principalement à attendre pour ne même pas finir nos assiettes et surtout manger du pain.
Le seul point positif est que notre serveur a été compréhensif et compatissant, il avait l’air aussi gêné que nous de la qualité de ce service. On nous a offert les cocktails et nos boissons mais c’était le strict minimum au vu du montant de l’addition qui est restée trop élevée au vu de la qualité de cette prestation.

The fish was very spicy and the rest of the dish seemed bland. The desserts were well presented but for the lemon tartlet, the lemon cream was too liquid, the chocolate soufflé was nauseating after a few bites.
On the other hand, the service and the surroundings are perfect. The atmosphere is very cozy
La cocktail signature est très bon et m'a fait découvrir le chambord. Les plats sont bond mais pas exceptionnel. L'oeuf parfait était froid au lieu d'être servi tiède. Les poissons était très épicé et le reste du plat paraissait fade. Les dessert étaient bien présenté mais pour la tartelette citron, la crème de citron était trop liquide, le soufflé au chocolat nous a écoeuré au bout de quelques bouchés.
Par contre, le service et le cadres sont parfaits. L'ambiance est tre feutré
