(Translated by Google) Opinion on the Brunch: very beautiful setting, great diversity in terms of savory but a lack of imagination for the sweet, and some details that could be improved. And ultimately too expensive for what is offered (this is just a personal opinion based on the question I asked myself when leaving: “Was it worth the price?”). An interesting and quality savory buffet: several salads, cold meats, cheeses, salmon (gravlax & smoked), omelette, bacon, shrimp, oysters, ... (I unfortunately don't eat oysters). A somewhat limited sweet buffet and above all lacking in originality: pastries, cereals, miniature pastries, rice pudding (excellent), fruit salad... I would have liked to see more cakes & homemade cakes,.... In terms of drinks: white wine & red wine (no sparkling wine while a Mimosa cocktail is available in other establishments much cheaper), orange juice/multivitamin/cranberries, tea and... coffee made from Nespresso pods (admittedly "pro" pods)... disappointing for such an establishment and price (I would have appreciated a cappuccino). Also cow's and vegetable milk (however no information specifying what type of milk it was: almond, soy, oat, etc.?). Here we also touch on a negative point: a lack of information for salads, mini-curds, etc. Also bottles of sparkling and still mineral water (but after 30-45 minutes, still water level there was only one self-service bottle). At the start of the service, the staff was very present but over time we only fleetingly saw the waiters ensuring the restocking, and the one clearing the tables. Very complicated to ask for more water (see point above) for example...
