Une cuisine de l'entrée au dessert nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire, une cuisine excellente, l'accord des saveurs étaient parfait, mes félicitations au chef pour le bar en croûte de sel, une explosion de saveur en bouche et un poisson d'une qualité !
Restaurant excellent, un service impeccable, les serveur sont d'une gentillesse et aux petits soins, très beau et très bon restaurant !

4 days agoThe food is amazing I went there for valentines dinner . The service was not as good tho . We waited more than 20 min for a cocktail , and the time between serving each dish was very long . We were one of the first to arrive the restaurant an hour before the couple sitting next to us but they finished serving that couple before us so I could tell there was a bit of discrimination there . Might go back for the food but the service is poor .

The Caesar salad was super fresh, although it lacked a little more dressing, but great flavor.
The cream of cabbage perfectly well seasoned and with an unmatched consistency.
The steak was just right, with a gravy that complemented it well, although the weak point here was the side of potatoes, which were hard.
For dessert, a trio of ice creams with authentic flavors.

Matiz está dentro del Sofitel Lisboa Liberdade y honestamente me sorprendió su cocina. Todo lo que comí estuvo muy bien servido y rico.
La ensalada César súper fresca, aunque le faltó un poco más de aderezo, pero de gran sabor.
La crema de col perfectamente bien sazonada y con una consistencia inigualable.
El filete en su punto, con un gravy que lo complementa bien, aunque aquí en punto débil fue el side de papas, que estaban duras.
De postre una triada de helados con sabores auténticos.
El servicio espectacular.
