Vingko is a portmanteau of vine and ginkgo, which is also called arbre aux 40 écus ('tree of 40 crowns') due to the great sum that an 18th-century French botanist paid to bring the specimens from China. The praline millefeuille was surprisingly light - and welcome to reconcile with your conscience after the burger! The food and wine pairing offered with each dish or dessert is a very good idea. As for the service, the wait was completely reasonable, and Lina (if I remember correctly!) and her colleague were friendly as well as efficient. Definitely a good discovery, and an address that we remember!

Excellent moment à Vingko pour notre déjeuner entre collègues, dans le cadre moderne, plein de pep's et très propre de ce restaurant (ne vous fiez pas à l'extérieur un peu austère, l'intérieur est très agréable !). Les plats tout comme les desserts étaient très bons, avec les cuissons diverses des steaks des burgers bien respectées et les demandes particulières également bien observées. Le millefeuille praliné était d'une légèreté surprenante - et bienvenue pour se réconcilier avec sa conscience après le burger ! L'accord mets-vin proposé avec chaque plat ou dessert est une très bonne idée. Quant au service, l'attente a été tout à fait raisonnable, et Lina (si ma mémoire est bonne !) et son collègue ont été sympathiques en plus d'efficaces. Définitivement une bonne découverte, et une adresse que nous retenons !
