In a privileged setting near the centre of Tours, each table of this restaurant offers privacy in a warm ambiance, where friendly servers help you choose among the tempting housemade dishes on the menu. The chef takes seasonal ingredients from area producers and transforms them into updated versions of traditional French classics. Discover regional flavours with L'Assiette Tourangelle, a sampler of Tours favourites such as rillettes, rillons and boudin, a must for lovers of preserved meats! Or perhaps a foie gras terrine paired with a rotating assortment of local specialities like poire tapée, a dried and flattened whole pear. The chef's love of the classics doesn't stop him from unleashing his creativity or taking inspiration from elsewhere, which is why the menu features sides and accents such as bulgur, polenta and basil foam. Looking to relax after work with a glass of fine Loire Valley wine? There's no better place than on our garden terrace.
