(Translated by Google) Definitely not a good experience...Never plan to stop eating here quickly.
We arrived here because we were passing through to recharge our electric vehicle during the lunch break, so we might as well eat there. We come home and we see the COVID rules displayed (we can't miss them) which ask us to wait there until someone wants to pick us up, and the wait will have been interminable to such an extent that we wondered if we didn't. We weren't transparent to the waiters.

After a looong moment we decide to move forward (we are crazy), and the person who seems to be the superior (of the staff but certainly also of the customers obviously) asked us to wait again in a cold way. We thought we had done something wrong, but we realized during the meal that it was his way of being. Either. Once installed (the car was already 80% loaded...), we again waited a little while, while the restaurant was far from full. Thank you to the young server, friendly and attentive, for taking the initiative to come and take our order. The prices are rather high (around €20 for a dish), but at the same time, it's Novotel, the menu quickly becomes "quasigastro", OK. We order, then, we wait, we wait, oh damn the car has finished charging to 100%, you have to go unplug it and then move it (I should point out that the Tesla Supercharger is in their parking lot). I thought we would have finished eating before the end of the charge, we had been there for 45 minutes...

I take the small path from the terrace which almost seems to be made for that. Once arrived in front of the gate, whammy, it is closed, forced to do the grand tour (go up the stairs to the terrace, enter the restaurant, pass in front of the reception, leave the building, go around the building, ring the intercom for the big gate to open, wait for it to open, go to his car, then... Take exactly the same path but in reverse to come back). On the practical side, we will come back.

When I return, hallelujah, we are served. The dishes are well dressed, we can at least recognize them, there are alibi ingredients (the famous 3 lettuce leaves to give yourself a "quasigastro" style, filthy lettuce leaves by the way, don't even try to eat them , they looked burnt by the sun). Beyond that, the dishes aren't bad, helped a lot by the sauce, but frankly... it's nothing exceptional. What's the point of giving yourself a cold, slightly stuffy look? The dishes do not delude, but fortunately it remains correct. We say to ourselves that we may be paying for the hotel service, but we also remember that we were brought our drinks from the top of the glasses (where we put our lips!!), so we don't know .

Ah, and a piece of advice, please... Stop running around. When we wait forever for someone to come and sit us down and take our order, we can wait 4 more seconds for someone to come and serve us, it adds a very anxiety-provoking atmosphere, at a time when the customer may have want to have a nice time between noon and two...

When we leave the restaurant, we see a couple starting to get impatient in the same place where we've been waiting for ages... sorry my cuties, each in turn :) I don't want to blame everything on the superior, but simple suggestion in view of the prices charged and the lack of staff in the room: recruit, right?

I don't know if this (too) long review will be useful, because I tell myself that in this type of place, there are either transient customers (Tesla or Futurscope type), or business customers ( who is reimbursed for the meal by expense report), so there is little point in taking notices into account to build loyalty. For my part, it's a mistake, I often travel Bordeaux-Paris, and I now know where not to stop to eat.

Côté praticité, on repassera.

ça n'a rien d'exceptionnel.

(Translated by Google) Being at the hotel we want to stay at the hotel given the good day at Futuroscope. Overall the meal went well just the deserts which did not arrive at the same time but with the waiter's apologies to his colleagues.
