A 10-minute walk from the Château Royal de Blois, this bar and restaurant evokes the chic aesthetic of an artisan's studio and celebrates the region's heritage with charming decorative touches. Our chef is an artisan of flavours whose raw materials are regional ingredients. Thus, his 'Mood' of the day always reflects what is currently found in nature.

    En entrée, un œuf parfait sur purée de petits pois.

    En plat, légumes cuits avec épeautre accompagné d’une sauce tomate ( plat végétarien )

    Le plat n’est absolument pas calibré pour un plat, mais plutôt pour une entrée. Par contre le proposer à 17€ c’est pas correct du tout.

    Pas d’excuse, pas de solution proposé pour satisfaire le client… RIEN ! Si, une pomme vendu à 4,5€ car je ne souhaitais pas de dessert mais juste un petit fruit.
