An Unforgettable Service at Junco
One evening, while a group of regular guests were dining at the restaurant, a power outage briefly plunged Junco into darkness. Instead of letting the situation ruin the experience, Chef Alexis Julien improvised by lighting candles and continuing to cook under the soft glow of the room's lighting. The atmosphere became so warm and inviting that the guests actually loved the improvisation and found the experience even more memorable.
