At Lordy's Paris Club restaurant, everyone feels at home, taken care of by a welcoming team. The beauty of service is surprising and the spotlight is shone on the sophisticated and artisanal table settings. Christofle silverware, leather coasters from leather goods company Lavoisier and personalized porcelain from Maison Pillivuyt reflect the French art of hospitality.
The menu offers some great classics from London and New York, expertly enhanced by French products. Cooked for one minute in a salamander, the "baked egg" served in an oven dish seduces the palate with its parmesan cream, peas and smoked salmon. The famous fish and chips with French cod in breadcrumbs prepared using Parisian beer remind us that we are in Paris. Then there's the traditional New York cheesecake, uncooked using whipped cream and decorated with lime and an incredibly crunchy speculoos biscuit.

My cuisine is simple and imaginative: my key objective is to keep products flavours unspoiled while investing on the texture and aspect. It is absolutely essential that our guests find on their plate what is described on the menu. It is our commitment to the promise we made to them! As far as I am concerned, taste is paramount.
Seasonal products
At the bar and the restaurant, he builds up the menu with short stream suppliers from the Paris region. Bread is freshly supplied by a neighbouring artisan baker. As for the small fresh herbs added to enhance flavours and plate dressing, they are provided by a Paris local market gardener.
