The Biõz restaurant is a must for foodies and has a lot to recommend it, with the verdant setting of the Domaine de Marlioz and views of the Savoy mountains, and our chef Clément Beauquis and his sophisticated and ingenious plant-based cuisine.
Surrounded by countryside within the Domaine de Marlioz, Restaurant Biõz is completely integrated into the landscape.
From the dining room, you can admire the Dent du Chat mountain, the heart of the estate with its centuries-old trees or the vegetable garden. Whether you are enjoying lunch, dinner, or a cocktail on the terrace or in the dining room, we invite you to discover our regional flavours: the herbs and some of the fruit and vegetables are grown on site, and the honey comes from our very own hives.
The drinks menu also plays on local assets: our Spritz cocktails are enhanced with Crémant de Savoie wine and our mojitos with Chartreuse green liqueur, while our wine cellar contains lots of regional products, making our bar the place to go to sample the sweet flavours of the mountains!
As for the food, Cédric Szajnerman showcases his creativity to the full. Home-prepared foie gras, slow-poached egg, lightly smoked fillet of beef with thyme, and deconstructed strawberry Tiramisu are among the delicious specialities on offer.
Our Aix-les-Bains brunch is just as creative, where you can enjoy a gourmet experience thanks to our generous and varied selection.

Very disappointed, it must be admitted that the dishes are inexpensive, but the quality is not there at all.
The waiters do their best but there are a lot of mistakes, instead of getting the bottle of wine we ordered, they bring us a glass of wine, then the wrong bottle. When the hotel sells the restaurant to us as a bistronomic, I'm disappointed, it's none of that.
We leave the restaurant having certainly drunk well (it's difficult to be betrayed by a bottle you know) but still feeling hungry.
The starters are okay, the main courses and desserts are terrible.
First and last time.

Bonsoir, restaurant conseillé par l’hôtel ibis du domaine Marlioz.
Très déçu, il faut admettre que les plats sont peu chères, mais la qualité n’y est pas du tout.
Les serveurs font leurs maximums mais beaucoup d’erreurs, au lieu d’avoir la bouteille de vin qu’on as commandés, on nous apportes un verre de vin, ensuite la mauvaise bouteille. Quand l’hôtel nous vends le restaurant comme un bistronomique, je suis déçu, ce n’est rien de tout ça.
Nous partons du restaurant en aillant certes bien bu ( difficile d’être trahi par une bouteille que l’on connaît ) mais en aillant encore faim.
Les entrées sont corrects, les plats et desserts sont affreux.
Première et dernière fois.

Nous sommes sincèrement navrés de lire votre retour négatif, et nous prenons vos remarques au sérieux afin de nous améliorer. Concernant le vin, il semble qu'il y ait eu une confusion dans le service et nous en sommes désolés. Concernant la qualité des plats au restaurant, notre Chef et sa brigade cuisinent chaque jour des produits frais, locaux et de saison, avec des plats à la carte mais aussi un Menu du jour qui varie selon le marché du Chef. Nous sommes navrés que le plat et le dessert que vous ayez choisis vous ait semblé "affreux"... Nous espérons vous accueillir de nouveau pour vous faire découvrir d'autres plats afin de ne pas rester sur un avis si négatif.

Nous sommes sincèrement navrés de lire votre retour négatif. Aviez-vous réservé pour le déjeuner ou le dîner ? Nous proposons une formule déjeuner avec entrée-plat ou plat-dessert à 23€ avec le café inclus. A la carte, nos plats sont à partir de 19€. Nous espérons vous recevoir de nouveau pour vous faire un avis plus positif.
