Cédric Szajnerman is the creative mind behind Food Truck Õ Séquoia’s sumptuous menu. After working with Michelin-starred chefs, he took the reins of several restaurants – most recently those of Domaine de Marlioz. This freedom allows him to be true to his values, such as offering local, in-season cuisine that honours once-forgotten vegetables.

What a tree!

Food Truck Õ Séquoia offers you a unique opportunity to dine beneath a centuries-old tree in Aix-les-Bains: the sequoia located in Domaine de Marlioz park. In 2016, the tree measured 50 metres (164 feet) tall with a circumference of 8.5 metres (28 feet).
