Food Truck Õ Séquoia offers you a unique opportunity to dine beneath a centuries-old tree in Aix-les-Bains: the sequoia located in Domaine de Marlioz park. In 2016, the tree measured 50 metres (164 feet) tall with a circumference of 8.5 metres (28 feet).
Clément Beauquis, Head Chef
Clément Beauquis has created a gourmet menu for the Food Truck Õ Séquoia. After working with Michelin-starred chefs, he took charge of several restaurants, and now Domaine de Marlioz, where he is able to celebrate its values while offering seasonal local cuisine featuring some lesser known vegetables.
