On December 5 at 6:45 p.m. we went to this bar at the Novotel hotel in Lille. When we arrived we were alone. The barmaid asks us to take the order at the bar, which we do. 1st strange fact I take a card, look at it for 5 minutes, she doesn't tell me anything and after 5 minutes I tell her "it's the drinks menu" she replies "no the drinks menu is behind on the tables" ok thank you for telling me... anyway we order our drinks and I ask if it is possible to have a small meal (in this case a pizza for 2) she tells me yes but that a big group is going to arrive, she can't me guarantee that it will be served quickly, I tell her that we must be back by 7:20 p.m. (i.e. 35 minutes later) she tells me that she cannot assure me that it will be served. We still decided to take one given that we were the only customers and a pizza doesn't take 35 minutes to deliver even if we do everything ourselves (which is not the case here, you will understand then).We settle down. Another couple arrives around 7 p.m. and they order more advanced dishes (real dishes with fries, meats, etc.). 7:15 p.m. these people are served at the level of their dishes. I admit that I am starting to get impatient and at 7:20 p.m. I go to see the two waitresses (another had arrived in the meantime) and the cook who was at the bar and I ask them if They started cooking the pizza. Je ne mets que très rarement 1 mais là, le déroulé des événements me pousse à donner un avis négatif!Le 5 Décembre à 18h45 nous nous rendons dans ce bar de l'hôtel Novotel à Lille.Lorsque nous arrivons nous sommes seuls. La barmaid nous demande de prendre la commande au bar, ce que nous faisons. 1er fait étrange je prends une carte, la regarde pendant 5 min, elle ne me dit rien et au bout de 5 min je lui dis "c'est la carte des boisons" elle me répond "non la carte des boissons est derrière sur les tables" ok merci de me le dire... bref on commande nos boissons et je demande s'il est possible de prendre un plat de petite restauration (en l'occurrence une pizza pour 2) elle me répond que oui mais qu'un grand groupe va arriver, qu'elle ne peut pas me garantir que ce sera servi rapidement, je lui dis que nous devons être repartis pour 19h20 (soit 35 min plus tard) elle me dit qu'elle ne peut pas m'assurer que ce sera servi. On décide quand même d'en prendre une étant donné que nous étions les seuls clients et qu'une pizza ça ne met pas 35 min à délivrer même si on fait tout soi même (ce qui n'est pas le cas ici vous le comprendrez ensuite).On s'installe. Un autre couple arrive vers 19h et ils commandent des plats plus évolués (véritables plats avec frites, viandes...). 19h15 ces gens sont servis au niveau de leurs plats.J'avoue que je commence à m'impatienter et à 19h20 je vais voir les deux serveuses (une autre était arrivée entre temps) et le cuisinier qui était au bar et je leur demande s'ils ont démarré la cuisson de la pizza. La barmaid demande au cuisinier qui répond qu'il n'a pas connaissance d'une pizza à cuire... je leur demande donc d'annuler ma commande car nous devons partir. Et là clou du spectacle... la barmaid me dit "non c'est bon ça va prendre 3 min de cuisson" DONC je suis là depuis 40 min, j'ai commandé une pizza, étant la seule de la salle pendant 15 min, je n'ai jamais été servie, le couple arrivé 15 min après a été servi des plats plus élaborés et quand je demande d'annuler la commande on me répond "non mais ça va aller ça prend 3 min" alors qu'à la commande j'avais eu droit au laïus du groupe (que je n'ai jamais vu arriver), du temps d'attente... mais bon elle a été rassurante "on peut vous la mettre à emporter" NAN MAIS SUPER CE N'ETAIT PAS CE QUE JE VOULAIS DE PRENDRE UNE PIZZA A EMPORTER!!! Bref une catastrophe niveau service à mon sens... je mets 1 parce que le cocktail était bon. Gourmet bar plus jamais...
