Our menu reflects our chef's origins in La Vendée on the western coast of France, and his love of products sourced from the sea. With scallop ravioli, salmon steak and roasted sea bream fillet, lovers of quality fish and seafood will be over the moon! Are we making your mouth water? In the heart of La Baule bay, not far from Pouliguen and Pornichet, Le Ruban Bleu reflects its seaside surroundings. With fish specialities, seafood, fresh seaweed and delicious desserts, our chef uses his creative flair to delight your taste buds.
Our vast dining room is the ideal place to get together for lunch with friends or colleagues or dinner with the family after a day at the beach. The chic bistro setting, tasteful decor and circular ceiling create a calm, restful atmosphere. After sampling the local beer (La Bauloise), we suggest casting off with our flagship dish, sea bass on a stone: a fillet of sea bass grilled then cooked on a stone heated to 200°C.
Finish your journey with a Paris-La Baule « Terminus », a salted caramel version of the famous Paris-Brest pastry.
