All produce comes from sustainable local sources. Order haggis bon bons teamed with Arran mustard and whisky mayonnaise, while the take on fish and chips features Scottish-caught salmon or sea bass, and meats are all from Highland farms. Your kids will feel at home here too, thanks to the special menu of firm favourites like fish goujons or macaroni cheese served in smaller portions just for them. And of course, as life is busy, the out-of-hours menu aims to keep you going 24/7.

Many of the drinks are local too  in fact the best-selling Paolozzi Lager is brewed at Hermiston Gait, just five minutes' walk away. At the lively bar, you can also sample other Scottish craft beers, ingenious cocktails created from regional single malts or gins, and exciting wines from across the world.
