During our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, we had the absolute pleasure of dining at Moana, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was enchanting—an elegant yet relaxed setting that perfectly complemented the restaurant’s exquisite seafood offerings. The highlight of our evening, however, was the impeccable service provided by Umesh. He went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and extensive knowledge of the menu made our meal truly special. Umesh ensured that every dish was presented beautifully and tailored to our preferences, making us feel incredibly well taken care of. Speaking of the food—simply divine! Every bite was bursting with flavor, from the perfectly prepared sushi to the succulent seafood mains. The freshness of the ingredients and the creativity of the chefs were evident in every dish. The wine pairing recommendations were also spot-on, enhancing the overall experience. Best restaurant in Sofitel hotel. I didn't intend to come eat here, and thank god I came here. i dont know waht order so the hostess call to the chef Ramiro to explain me the menu, he was so kindly and all the food he send was delicious No regret at all. The food was incredibly awesome. Definitely recommend the seafood, so fresh and delicious. Best seafood I have ever had. i go already two weeks before but was so incredible so i kept in my mind write one reviw.
