Situated in a 16th-century posting house, La Galinière invites you to discover the flavours and aromas of southern France. With family, colleagues or a loved one, have a seat at one of the indoor or outdoor tables. The restaurant, located 10 minutes outside of Aix-en-Provence, reveals its Provençal identity in a multitude of ways. The kitchen takes its inspiration from local producers, transforming their fine ingredients into an array of starters, mains and desserts. Begin your gastronomic journey with the beverage menu, featuring a selection of cocktails and regional beers. Then try one of the signature dishes: sea bream tartare with tropical fruits or the duck confit parmentier, both flavoured with herbs from our kitchen garden. Continue your voyage with a plate of local cheeses, and conclude with a decadent dessert or café gourmand.
