Quirky brasserie with a view of the landmark Molitor swimming pool

  • Brasserie cuisine revisited

  • We favour short supply chains

  • View of the historic Molitor swimming pool

  • Quirky atmosphere and a programme of Live Music

Step inside this unique brasserie in the heart of the 16th arrondissement. Our chef revisits traditional dishes, infusing them with a touch of modernity and a hint of exoticism. Discover his authentic cuisine while contemplating one of the most iconic swimming pools in Paris.

Settle into one of the colourful sofas or trendy chairs of the Brasserie Molitor, in a light-filled space with a street art background. Relax as you browse through our bistronomic menu, seeking the perfect dish.

Try the Lobster and Crab's rolls. Followed by the more classic, but just as delicious Chou Farci with its incredible double sauce. Our signature dish this season is a delicious Saddle of French lamb rubbed with smoked paprika. Bon appetit !

We favour short supply chains, as shown by the burger made with French meat. The four seasons are the inspiration of our chef.

On that note, let's talk about dessert. Light Chou or traditional Forêt Noire ? Fruity plate of french figs or Vanilla tart? Enjoy it on the terrace, where the view of the huge outdoor pool gives the impression of being on a cruise ship.

A little history lesson

In 1929, the Molitor pool was opened by American Olympic swimmer, Johnny Weissmüller, aka Tarzan. It remained the most popular swimming pool in Paris until its closure in 1989. The site then became a hotspot for graffiti artists before being listed as a historical monument. The story continues at Brasserie Molitor, where guests can admire the iconic pool and fully absorb the building's creative energy.

Gregory Gbiorczyk

Born in the south of France, this was where Grégory began his career. He knew early on through contact with the women in his family that he preferred playing with pots and pans than trucks. He studied at the hotel school in Avignon while working in the family restaurant. He then went on to work at various prestigious establishments such as Château de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez and Kilimanjaro in Courchevel. But he wanted to work with the best in Paris. Eventually, he joined the team at Lucas Carton and soon after moved to George V in Paris, where he gained experience in haute and luxury cuisine.

(Translated by Google) Complicated reservation, no reception, very average dishes, I was disappointed..
Although bathed in oil, I still enjoyed the salmon and sea bream carpaccio as a starter. For the main course, the truffle ham shells were not hot and did not have the taste of truffle, and then there was coriander; I really don't like it and it wasn't specified on the menu. And dessert, French figs with walnut cream: I wasn't expecting whole figs, which of course were tasteless since it's not in season at all..

(Translated by Google) A quick working lunch on the go, a really very, very good stuffed cabbage and a special mention for the service, which we weren't able to experience for very long because we were quite in a hurry but very kind, especially from Inès and Marco!

(Translated by Google) A good choice of wines and a variety of dishes offered by the chef. We tried the restaurant over the weekend at the hotel. All the staff are very nice and polite. The service in the restaurant could have been better (we had to remind the staff about our water bottles three times before bringing them to the table) other than that we have no negative comments. The food was very good, simple brasserie style dishes which are tasty and the wine list is excellent. It was definitely worth trying this restaurant during the night at the hotel.
