Our chef will introduce you to a wealth of unique flavours using carefully selected ingredients. Here, everything is fresh and seasonal, and the fruit and vegetables are organic. As for this bistro in Roissy's meat, it comes exclusively from France.

Christophe Pillet designed this restaurant with wide open, light-filled spaces that would add an extra-special ingredient to your dining experience. The best way to enjoy this setting is during a moment's relaxation with a cocktail at the bar. Magical wood-fired cooking at Culinaire BAZAAR

A renowned chef was preparing food using a Josper, a combined charcoal grill and oven. While he was grilling steaks, a diner approached and asked "Why are you using a Josper instead of a traditional grill?" The chef replied, "With a Josper I get authentic wood-fired flavor and can control the cooking level of the food." Nothing beats the perfect combination of culinary technique and the magic of a Josper.
