A nice restaurant and lovely staff.
However, a bit of a shambles with service and quality of food:
- ordered cocktail and expressly asked for it before my meal (sirloin beef steak, ordered medium cooked)
- then the steak appeared and no cocktail in sight
- complained; they took my steak away and brought cocktail very soon
- 10 mins later brought steak back but it had obviously been sitting in the kitchen and was not hot anymore.
- complained - they did a new steak
- new steak was very chewy, much of the piece not soft at all.
- tried to persevere as I felt I had complained enough but when I got to the thicker part of the steak it was not medium cooked but rare.
- complained & they took it and brought it back better cooked.
- steak was still very chewy but I managed to eat most of the rest (by now I felt bad for the waiters).
- ordered a dessert and that was fabulous, no problems. This pushes up my rating for the food to three stars!

The staff is friendly but completely overwhelmed. The waiter did not speak French.
We order two beef fillets, two rib-eye steaks are served to us. Too late, we had to wait for the waiter to come back since we had already just sent the cold fries back to the kitchen.
The beef tenderloin (we ended up having it!) was very good. When paying the bill, we were given a 15% reduction, which was the union minimum but nevertheless appreciable.
However, it was still not the time to relax our attention, since we were told a bill worth more than 200 euros. Well yes, we had been counted the beef fillets AND the sirloins (just to finish in style, 15% on a double bill).
Error corrected....seeing our face (if the bank card had been drawn too quickly, it would have gone like a letter in the post).
To conclude: despite the friendliness of the staff and the meat which was good, the multiple errors, the lack of attention (announcing an overvalued bill of around a hundred euros to customers who are already not delighted, is more than average) mean that this restaurant is not at all of a level that would justify charging more than 150 euros for two courses and a bottle of wine.
The level is that of a city center bistro, and again, with many points to be reviewed urgently. Despite the 15% reduction, we will not come back, the quality-price ratio is not there.
Positive point: the establishment lives up to its name. From start to finish, it was the Bazaar.
Pour un restaurant qui se prétend d'un certain niveau, au rez-de-chaussée du Pullman, c'est très décevant.
Le personnel est aimable mais complètement dépassé. Le serveur ne parlait pas français.
Nous commandons deux filets de bœuf, ce sont deux faux-filets qui nous sont servis. Trop tard, il faut attendre que le serveur revienne puisque nous venions déjà de renvoyer les frites froides en cuisine.
Le filet de bœuf (nous avons fini par l'avoir !) était très bon. Au moment de payer la note, on nous accorde 15% de réduction, ce qui était le minimum syndical mais néanmoins appréciable.
Ce n'était pourtant toujours pas le moment de relâcher l'attention, puisque l'on nous annonce une note à plus de 200 euros. Et bien oui, voilà qu'on nous avait compté les filets de bœuf ET les faux filets (histoire de finir en beauté, 15% sur une note doublée).
Erreur corrigée....en voyant notre tête (si la carte bancaire avait été dégainée trop vite, ce serait passé comme une lettre à la poste).
Pour conclure : en dépit de l'amabilité du personnel et de la viande qui était bonne, les multiples erreurs, le manque d'attention (annoncer une note surévaluée d'une centaine d'euros à des clients déjà pas ravis, c'est plus que moyen) font que ce restaurant n'est pas du tout d'un niveau qui justifierait de facturer deux plats et une bouteille de vin plus de 150 euros.
Le niveau est celui d'un bistrot de centre ville, et encore, avec de nombreux points à revoir d'urgence. Malgré les 15% de réduction, nous ne reviendrons pas, le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas au rendez-vous.
Point positif : l'établissement porte bien son nom. Du début à la fin, c'était le Bazaar.

Very surprise for the food quality.
3 of us order — fish & lamb(2 sets).
First of all, it took long time to get staffs to take our orders but it came very fast.
Both lamb is raw and one set is even not able to cut easy and too raw , we try a small part but really no way (like 10% done only).
Staff aware and informed will take care. Then, they bring back the lamb asap which appreciate very much but we can see the chef JUST recook it ??? We can see the part being cut & ate a bit still there 🤦🏻♀️ how comesuch level of resturtant can just recook it while customer did cut & eat a bit back to pan ? So others will be eating food cook from the same pan 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤣🤣
Fish presentation is very good but not warm 😮💨
I try to order dessert to make myself happy but not very good.
Staffs are nice but too busy for 4-5 people take care over 100 customer.
I want to give 2 stars but the way they just “recook” the food when customer did eat a bit is totally not acceptable especially it cost EUR 40
