Showcasing the best of contemporary European cuisine, warm, welcoming and stylish Bōkan 37 perches high above London's buzzing Canary Wharf. Overseen by Executive Chef Robert Manea, the restaurant is an outstanding venue for an evening of fine dining  plus equally fine wines accompanied by glittering views from floor-to-ceiling windows. The sublime menus change seasonally, but you can expect classic dishes given an unusual update perhaps British-sourced venison tartare served with avocado and Baerii caviar, or seared cod fillet with Ibérico chorizo and borlotti bean ragout, all rounded off with artisan cheeses from UK suppliers.. And of course, if you're looking for leisurely weekend downtime with family, you can get together over Bōkan 37's legendary and delicious bottomless Sunday brunch. Much of the drinks list in the 38th-floor bar features craft beers from local breweries, while spirits from British distilleries feature in our creative cocktails; try a Spicy Fifty (vodka, elderflower and lime warmed by chilli) as you watch the lights of 24-hour London twinkle far below. The panoramic rooftop terrace often jumps to the sounds of DJ sets on summer evenings too.
