3 months agoThis was my second time here, and in all honesty, I enjoyed it more back in 2021 than I did this time around.
The food in this Sunday Brunch was generally good, but there were too many flies inside and outside the restaurant. Flies were flying everywhere and landing on buffet spreads and food on our table. The chefs were not even doing anything to keep them away. I understand that there could be flies as the hotel is surrounded by gardens and forests, but surely something could be done to keep them to a minimum.
The air-conditioning was also not cold enough. We were perspiring throughout our meals there.
The spaghetti/pasta was not cooked to order, and it tasted soggy. The seafood on ice was alright, but some of it was not replenished fast enough. The laksa was my favorite, though.
Overall, service was good but dining experience, not so much.
Bonjour P,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the high standards you enjoyed during your previous visit. Our Ambassadors strive to provide exceptional service, and I regret that we fell short in some areas.
We take your comments about the flies and the air-conditioning seriously. We are currently reviewing our procedures to ensure that the dining environment is comfortable and pleasant for all guests. Additionally, I will address the concerns regarding the food with our culinary team to improve the quality and timely replenishment of our offerings.
We appreciate your positive note about our laksa and the overall service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you encountered. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you on your next visit.
Warm regards,

3 months agoNestled in the luxurious Sofitel Sentosa, Kwee Zeen stands as a testament to the fusion of ambiance and culinary delight. Overlooking the serene sea, surrounded by lush greenery, it's a place that promises more than just a dining experience; it's a retreat for the senses.
The staff at Kwee Zeen are the epitome of professionalism—polite, courteous, and attentive, ensuring every visit is memorable. For seafood aficionados, the weekend seafood buffet is a dream come true. An array of fresh seafood—clams, mussels, prawns, crabs, oysters, scallops—each more tempting than the last. The freshness is unparalleled, with prawns and oysters that taste like they've just been plucked from the ocean.
But it's not just seafood on offer. During my visit in July, a French cuisine promotion was in full swing, celebrating Bastille Day with classics like coq au vin and canard orange, alongside a diverse selection of Asian and Indian dishes served outdoors. It's a culinary mosaic that caters to every palate.
The value for money is exceptional. At approximately S$80 per person, inclusive of taxes, it's a steal considering the quality and variety of the spread, especially in such an upscale setting.
And for those who can't bear to leave their furry friends behind, Kwee Zeen welcomes them with open arms. My Shiba Inu was right at home in this pet-friendly haven.
Kwee Zeen isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination that offers a slice of gastronomic paradise in Sentosa. Whether you're there for the seafood or the serene views, it's a place that leaves you too full, yet yearning for more.
