Recently I dined at Racines twice (within 1 week). They used to have Sunday brunch, but I think the business was bad so they had to change it to a la carte. My very last experience with their Sunday brunch was the food quality was good, but the preparation was not good (maybe due to the chef back then). Also they stopped refilling food after a while, maybe not enough guests. I heard they will re-introduce the Sunday brunch starting from this Aug., so hopefully this time around, can see some improvements.
I like to comment on my recent visits. You can see quite many waiters standing around, but they seem quite free and they could mess up your orders. I ordered something but they actually send to another table first. So my other 2 friends' main courses were already here, and mine was the very last one, which my friends already finished theirs. Incidents like this happened quite frequently as I experienced a few times, not just my recent visits but also previously. I can feel the waiters are not very attentive and careful and possible some are quite new and junior.
Overall I want to say is, the waiters are in general very nice and polite but just the service level is not there and I think the management should spend more time to train the staff given that you are a 5-star hotel. They should set a more clear SOPs to the staffs and waiters, such as appetizers need to be served first then followed my main courses, ideally everyone's main courses should come together (I think these are just very common senses), but you will find in this restaurants, they mess up the orders and send to different tables not in sequence.
I hope the management gets to read this as I dine and stay at accor hotels very often.

Had dinner at the Racines with my family and had a good time, the food was great, there is free flow bread and definitely great service by Vincent, Gab, Guillerd and especially Rey who went above and beyond by giving us such a good experience at Racines. Will definitely come back in the future.
