Went for the $118++ Sat brunch but totally disappointed with the food quality, spread and others. Other 5 star hotels buffet gives better value and at lower price point.
Bread roll- 3 types (limited vs other 5star offering more types of bread)
Soup- fish maw soup with no traces of fish maw
Fruits - none (1st time seeing a buffet not offering fruits)
    Live cooking station - none
Cooked food items - average quality. Stir fried beef was sweet and taste more like stewed beef
Turkey, ham, roast beef- food quality is good but the beef and ham is cut to a qtr of a usual whole festive slice (inexperience servers on a proper festive slice). Not live station as all slices are precut(meat can get dry easily)
    No noodles/pasta station
    Salad - limited variety
Desserts - above average but ice cream are all fruity sorbet (sorbet with waffles? )
Sashimi- thinly cut and only 2types
    Food replenishment - slow
Coffee - only black coffee from a dispenser instead of coffee machine (pls remeber this is a $118++ buffet)
Service is above average and they are trying their best
Overall, not a well constructed menu with food offering far from befitting a 5 star hotel and at such high price point.
I wouldn’t come again even at 50% discount

We were here for a buffet with the 1-for-1 promotion. Seafood was superb! They were fresh and pretty promptly refilled. The mains had a lot of unexpected variety, and each dish was impeccably prepared. This has been my favourite buffet spread.
Special thanks to Mark for the warmth and for preparing a personalised surprise, when my sister and I told him that we were here to celebrate our mom’s promotion.
Thank you to Awar for serving us promptly too!

I liked the atmosphere and the warm welcome from the service staff. The buffet spread is smaller than competitors charging similar prices(without promo), but the food was generally well cooked and nicely presented. Unfortunately they were really slow at refills, especially for premium ingredients, and it appears to be a calculated move. E.g. they put out crayfish first, followed by lobster claws after maybe 45 min or so, and only much later on did they bring out lobster halves, little by little, until people were getting full and moving on to desserts. It is regretful that a buffet charging this price would pull stunts like that and it kinda leaves a bad taste. Cutlery at the buffet line was also not replenished on time, no small teaspoons to eat the desserts with.
