Ordered lunch set menu. Butter is very nice. King prawn - prawn are very big. Food is good. Desserts like francier are overly sweeten. Cheesecake ice cream was so so. Portion are small. Service staff are very short handed. didn't even top up my water once.. so hard to get them !!! Please increase manpower.

This is only my second visit, and my initial dining experience was fantastic, prompting my return.
Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined since my last visit in July 2023. In just four months, the lunch buffet, once a delight for me, has taken a downturn.
Some food was served cold, and some items tasted reheated rather than freshly cooked. The Chili Crab, for instance, had dry and tough meat that clung stubbornly to the shells. Attempting to scrape it off proved futile. The Laksa lacked flavor, and the counter staff seemed disinterested.
Chopsticks and porcelain soup spoons were not provided at the Laksa Station. We had to get the chopsticks from the Japanese Food Station at the other end, and we gave up hunting for the porcelain soup spoons.
Popular items like Satays, Kueh Pie Tee, and Seafood On Ice (just to name a few) took an unreasonably long time to be replenished. Multiple trips to the stations resulted in returning to my table empty-handed.
Desserts were disappointing, with no staff attending to the desserts/bread areas, raising concerns about flies. I observed them enjoying a party on a few occasions. Lol.
However, I must commend the excellent table service provided by the manager and staff.
Overall, the buffet spread doesn't match its previous standard, and given the current quality, the price seems unjustified unless you're an Accor Member benefiting from a 50% discount.

I don’t know what I ate.
Firstly, the menu is so hard to look through. They literally have a photo of a fish taped to the wall and put a price tag right beside it. What am I supposed to expect of that??? I really felt I had difficulty understanding it.
Secondly, the taste was very meh. If you have Accor Plus, use it somewhere else. You’ll still feel unsatisfied with the bill after 50%. I would say the bread basket and butter was amazing though. Loved it and asked for refills. Soufflé was also still very good. But it’s sad that the best items I had are 1) Not even on the menu, and 2) a dessert.
Service was great, I would say waiters are very responsive and helpful.
Overall: there’s a reason why this place became quiet
