Drawing from both his English heritage and a strong culinary training under world-renowned chefs, Chef Kirk Westaway is recognised for his mastery in reinventing gastronomic classics that that are well-received, comforting yet refined. Born in South West of the United Kingdom, Chef Kirk successfully redefined JAAN by channeling his rooted passion for natural flavours into honest and exquisite culinary interpretations that speak to the heart, filled with reminiscences of his childhood in England. "The first is to always uphold the integrity of the produce and translate the best of each ingredient onto the plate. The second is that food should be comforting and form emotional connections.

1 day agoCelebrated my 60th birthday with my husband. It exceeded expectations. We had a table with an amazing view. Service was world class and very friendly. Food was out of this world. Pleased to meet Chef who was very down to earth and charming. Had an amazing time. Big thank you. Alison

1 week agoEverything is special and perfect. However, the Seabass wasnt that Wow like the others. But we love Jaan so much and definitely will be back again❤️ Thank you team for preparation for my husband’s birthday❤️ See you soonest
