Excellent food & service by Chef Kirk Westaway & his team. My friend & I had the most fabulous lunch experience. Highly recommended.

Food was still good but service was sadly not. Unlike my previous visits, they did not ask if we want cheese platter or tea/ coffee. We also had to regularly ask for water and wine to be topped up. On leaving we were given a box. This used to be a nicely wrapped loaf of bread in my past visits. But this time it was leftover slices of the loaf that was served at the table which we didn’t finish. Interestingly they still attach this same card to the box which says enjoy this beautiful loaf of bread.

We want to clarify that we do offer a cheese platter depending on the situation. If guests prefer a faster pace or are ready to move through their meal more quickly, we may skip offering it to keep things flowing smoothly regardless we will ensure that we are more attentive to these preferences in the future. We also apologize for the presentation of the leftover bread. We are happy that we were finally able to find a way to give you the bread after your visit to correct, but we agree that the thoughtful packaging we usually provide did not happen this time, and we will make sure to return to our usual standard. Food was excellent. I really like the desserts and the birthday cheese cake in particular where the raspberry layer really accentuates the texture and taste of the cheese cake. The minor let down was the service due to 2 things (given this is a fine dining restaurant): 1. There was quite a large piece of crab cartilage which obviously should not exist in the dish (The food itself was delicious so I rated it under service) 2. One of the lady poured sparkling water into our warm water Nonetheless still an enjoyable experience

A superb experience. The restaurant is small and intimate with 70th floor views. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and the food and wine was amazing. Kirk Westaway came out of the kitchen to chat with the guests, which was a nice touch.
