In a décor reminiscent of Sicily, discover Italian gastronomy prepared and served in a convivial setting. Inspired by the greatest transalpine chefs, our culinary team revisits the essential classics and sends your taste buds on a journey to the Bel Paese.
A little jaunt to Lombardy reveals the essence of Il Carpaccio. Brusaporto is home to the three-starred Da Vittorio, one of the most renowned Italian restaurants in the world. Its exceptional chefs collaborated with our own Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero, who met while working at Da Vittorio, to create the exclusive menu found at our table.
Whether you wish to try the Milanese-style orecchia di elefante (an enormous veal escalope the size of an elephant's ear!) or our pasta dish paccheri alla Vittorio, you will discover the great Italian classics at Il Carpaccio. The distinct flavours of this exceptional gastronomy are enhanced by superior ingredients sourced from the transalpine region. Pastry Chef Yazid Ichemrahen has created a dessert menu for that gives pride of place to transalpine products, while defying expectations.
In the elegant Sicilian Baroque setting replicated in the heart of Paris, you will adore the chic conviviality of the dining room as well as our team's tableside cooking. In season, spend some time in the garden terrace designed by the inimitable Philippe Starck. Here you can enjoy lunch or dinner while sitting around a soothing outdoor pool.
The restaurant is named after Vittore Carpaccio, the Italian Renaissance painter whose colourful tableaux inspired the creation of the famous dish made of thinly sliced raw beef. Thus, Il Carpaccio pays homage to the artist and the speciality!
In 2012, these two talented young chefs met at the three-Michelin star Da Vittorio in Brusaporto. It was there that their shared passion for gastronomy brought them together and they become partners both in the kitchen and in life. Three years later, they decided to further solidify their culinary relationship by opening Aga. Just one year later, the restaurant located in Alessandra's family-run hotel in the Dolomites, was honored with its first Michelin star in 2016. They joined Il Carpaccio at Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris as Chefs in October 2021, that was awarded one Michelin Star in Spring 2022.

2 weeks ago(Translated by Google) What's the point of giving a Michelin star to a luxury ITALIAN-stamped restaurant that makes shrimp, scallops, Breton lobsters in olive oil (we do this with salted butter!) and dishes based on yuzu and Asian mushrooms !

1 month ago(Translated by Google) A first time for us in this restaurant in the heart of the magnificent Royal Monceau hotel.
My husband and I had a great time celebrating my birthday.
The welcome is very pleasant, the hostess is smiling and pleasant.
We let ourselves be tempted by the discovery menu.
The setting is super intimate with friendly service.
There are few tables.
For my part we were at the end so no worries but I think that depending on where you are placed the meal can be more or less pleasant (a little tight).
The meal was exquisite. The server Pino was exceptional!
We will come back for sure!
