The chef's tasting menu, accompanied by a perfectly mastered food and wine pairing, offered us a refined journey through Italy, combining sublime tradition and measured creativity. Each dish demonstrated impeccable technique and a precise balance of flavors. The sommelier perfectly enhanced the ensemble with pairings that were as perfect as they were surprising. The service was exemplary: attentive, seamless, and discreetly elegant. The setting, both chic and intimate, perfectly complemented this culinary experience. An exceptional address, where every detail is carefully considered to create a rare moment. Bravo and thank you to the entire team.
It was a very nice experience. We really enjoyed the dinner and the terrace. The personal was very nice and professional. The food was excellent. And the show to serve certain dishes and the desert it was artistic.
(Translated by Google) Very very disappointing. This restaurant deserves neither its Michelin star nor a trip. We went there following the TV report to eat this famous elephant ear... it was already no longer served at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays even though it is a signature dish. The dishes were ordinary, even cold for the pasta with oil and smoked chili… of course, we were offered dessert after we expressed our dismay at not being able to eat this famous elephant ear escalope. We don't go to restaurants to be offered things we don't want to eat and refuse the ones that brought us to the table. If you want to eat good Italian food, I suggest you go to the Bulgari hotel restaurant. I think it is difficult to trust Bibendum. I had the opportunity to eat at TOYA in Faulquemont. It also has one star and the cuisine is dazzling. I sometimes have difficulty understanding how the Red Guide inspectors evaluate tables. It is better to trust your friend Marcel than your friend Chelin the weird. I really have the feeling that if it wasn't attached to a palace...
Much too expensive for this quality (pasta at €86 with 6 truffle peels)
The restaurant is named after Vittore Carpaccio, the Italian Renaissance painter whose colourful tableaux inspired the creation of the famous dish made of thinly sliced raw beef. Thus, Il Carpaccio pays homage to the artist and the speciality!
In 2012, these two talented young chefs met at the three-Michelin star Da Vittorio in Brusaporto. It was there that their shared passion for gastronomy brought them together and they become partners both in the kitchen and in life. Three years later, they decided to further solidify their culinary relationship by opening Aga. Just one year later, the restaurant located in Alessandra's family-run hotel in the Dolomites, was honored with its first Michelin star in 2016. They joined Il Carpaccio at Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris as Chefs in October 2021, that was awarded one Michelin Star in Spring 2022.
