Matsuhisa Paris: when Japanese cuisine meets Peruvian flavours

  • Japanese gastronomy

  • Hip restaurant

  • Outstanding views

Nobu Matsuhisa chose our luxury hotel in Paris to be the home of his only restaurant in France. At Matsuhisa Paris, the world-famous chef adds Latin-American ingredients to Japanese cuisine. An extremely refined experience and modern cuisine await at our restaurant in Paris!

When designing the decor for Matsuhisa Paris, Philippe Starck created a unique world. Vast spaces, dynamic lighting and exclusive furniture create a hip atmosphere inside, while our garden terrace provides a dreamier ambience beside the Zen pool.

The originality of the setting is plain to see and it echoes the unforgettable menu designed by Nobu Matsuhisa, making our restaurant an emblem of reimagined Japanese gastronomy. The famous chef has added Peruvian flavours to traditional Japanese dishes. Enjoy black cod in a miso sauce, yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos, must-have sushi and grilled Wagyu beef.

All these dishes demonstrate our chef's creativity and his skill in blending the refinement of two food cultures from opposite shores of the Pacific Ocean.

Very comfortable place with a very good vibes include the background music 🎶 matching with the image that they have. The atmosphere and the service is well done indeed from the entire team member’s.

One minor thing it could add more value to this place.

Which is depend on the number of customers around the table. If they are five and above must recognize them by order in beverage no need to ask who ordered espresso ☕️ and ordered tea ☕️ so they will deliver it to his seat without they ask them again.

This will definitely 💯 add to the place.

I wish them best of luck and more of success.

(Translated by Google) This is the Japanese restaurant I always go to when I have something to do at the Japanese Embassy in France. I like tempura, but the wagyu beef was also delicious. Filet de bœuf Wagyu 100g. A5 class Wagyu beef❣️

    在仏日本大使館に用事があると、いつも利用する日本食レストラン。天ぷら(TEMPURA)も好きだが和牛も美味しかったです。Filet de bœuf Wagyu 100g. A5クラスの和牛です❣️

We were regulars of Nobu Dubai London & Dubai . When visiting Paris, after the confirmation made 2 days beforehand, they cancelled less than 12 hours before our scheduled dinner & there was no serious alternative for our group.
