(Translated by Google) A quality Indian restaurant in the emblematic Raffles hotel. Very attentive service that advised us perfectly. The wine list ordered by grape varieties, correct. It has an exclusive hotel beer. First we ordered a lamb kebab which is excellent. Just spicy but accompanied by lime it softened quite a bit. Very intense red color. We continued with some lentils with curry and coconut milk that were incredible. A partly recognizable flavor although very different from the Spanish ones. The legume very small and fine. We finished with a somewhat spicy but excellent chicken tikka masala. The spiciness of all the dishes was perfect and more than tolerable. We accompany it with garlic naam and basmati rice with saffron. For dessert we had a kind of drunken sponge cake with pistachio. An essential for this type of food. 100% recommended.

Recomendable 100%.

I would think expectations were set too high from our end on this but the previous experiences were pretty good. Lunch hour seemed busy and was tough to catch the attention of the staff. Probably a busy hour so the food was rushed with almost no break between the appetizers and the main course. Ruben was most helpful with the suggestions, however delays in the orders was perhaps a letdown. Certain food items are really good like the lamb chops, spinach chaat but then some main course dishes were just ok. We were there for a birthday lunch, which was shared with the restaurant prior, but I guess the busy lunch hour totally slipped that point.

The starter was as sweet as a dessert. It is generally difficult to order mains to get variety. We ended up with too many creamy dishes. The dessert (fried dough balls) was supposed to have saffron and it had none. Major disappointment.

Back to four stars. Good service. The black lentil dahl was very good (can order again). The creamy dishes have less spice, get a non-creamy one next time.

    2023 Three stars
Nice indian curries. The mushroom curry in creamy sauce was very good.

I asked for normal spice level. The food turned out to be very spicy. Would be great with a scale so there is no misunderstanding when ordering
    - European level
    - Singapore level
    - Indian level
    - Nigerian level

    FOUR STARS
Pretty good. The starter salad was very nice (using deep fried spinach). Then get a curry and order free flow of naan bread.

Lots of Indians, if that is a sign of quality. Pleasant venue.
