Wow, what can i say, and focus on food and service - well we (non-residents) booked super early evening dinner and it had been around 40c that day, so by 6pm-ish it wasnt busy outside, but that didnt detract. The food: we had the grilled seafood platter for 2, sharing, wow, fresh, lovely fish, cooked to perfection, but the portion size for a 2 sharing was HUGE WOW and would have easily catered for 4! it comes with french fries and a nicely dressed green salad, and the seafood came with an assortment of accompaniments (ie spiced mayos, sauce tartar etc)- didn't have to ask for anything further! we had one extra side of steamed green vegs, all fresh (not frozen), and had their customary home made foccaccia (depsite us being on a bread free diet, we couldnt resist it, warm bread drizzled olive oil over it, balsamic, salt...OMG drooling even thinking back to it! I had a brulee after and just stuffed to the brim!: 10/10 well done to the kitchen. Service: 10/10 could not fault in the slightest (& i would say, this is very typical of hospitality service in Dubai - the exact opposite of UK!). *Levis looked after our service, lovely guy, warm, hospitable, friendly. What a great asset he is to the FOH team. Well done all round. Nearly forgot! - we had so much left over and didnt want to waste and send back to the kitchen, so we asked for it to be packed for a take-home and they could not have been more obliging, we had to agree to a disclaimer and not take back the (oh-so umami) Bouillabaisse, butn we took home everything else, except the fries, and reheated it back at out aparthotel (Adagio) the following lunchtime! Its not cheap, obviously, but, you get what you pay for! We shall return on our next visit to Dubai - 100%

We had an exceptional experience at Seagrill Restaurant during their Sunday brunch at Fairmont The Palm. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully curated and absolutely delicious. We began with a beautifully presented wheel of assorted artisan cheeses, charcuterie, a variety of fresh salads, and flavorful dips — a perfect, well-balanced start to the brunch. The portions were generous, and each item was clearly made with quality ingredients. For the mains, we enjoyed a perfectly cooked Beef Wellington and Salmon Wellington, both served with an impressive array of sides. Rich, satisfying, and full of flavor. The Baked Alaska dessert was the perfect grand finale — beautifully done and delicious. The ambiance is also worth mentioning — the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the view is absolutely stunning, especially if you’re seated outside near the water. A special thanks to Sawarn and Nandar, our servers, who were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly looked after. Their excellent service added so much to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed, luxurious brunch by the sea.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and massive portion sizes! Make sure to try a few different things! Would highly recommend. Great meal!
