Teppanyaki, Sushi and Robatayaki live stations
Mikuni offers a culinary tour through exquisite creations from its stunning Teppanyaki and Sushi live stations, each helmed by a master chef, that highlight the most premium of seasonal Japanese produce. Be delighted with Mikuni's multi-sensory dining experience complemented with signature creations by Executive Chef Keisuke novel and exciting modern kaiseki dishes that seamlessly blend modern craftsmanship and century-old Japanese recipes with a dash of theatrical humour.
Japan has four distinct seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter. With every changing season comes notable seasonal food. At Mikuni, guests will never get bored with its ever changing menu to complement ingredients that are in season. For instance, Strawberry's in Winter, Mackerel in Autumn, Bitter Gourd in Summer and Bamboo shoots in Spring are just to name a few. These ingredients during these seasons are considered to be of the freshest.
Current offers
Having worked and lived outside of Japan for many years, Chef Keisuke Uno brings to Mikuni a refreshing take on traditional Japanese cuisine; artfully capturing the essence of classic Japanese flavours and subtly coating it with inspirations gathered from his global experiences. Delight in creative culinary surprises that are a seamless combination of varied influences.
Mikuni tries to incorporate Japan's four seasons into every detail such as slices of fresh fish being garnished with seasonal flowers, such as sakura blossoms in spring. Details all the way down to the plates such that the colour of the plate reflects the mood of the season - glass plates in summer months and black plates in winter
