Mikuni Japanese Restaurant - Singapore

A culinary experience of Japan's four seasons

Mikuni tries to incorporate Japan's four seasons into every detail such as slices of fresh fish being garnished with seasonal flowers, such as sakura blossoms in spring. Details all the way down to the plates such that the colour of the plate reflects the mood of the season - glass plates in summer months and black plates in winter

lsewhere. Service, environment and ice cream was good though.

Great food (especially cooked food) though the ambience is rather disappointing - noisy and too closed to each other. Great value for money with Amex card.
